Chester County Restaurant and Food Truck Festival
Sunday, September 15th (rain date Sunday September 22nd)
12:00PM-5:30PM, Downtown West Chester
The Chester County Restaurant Festival is the biggest festival of the year. This foodie event is full of entertainment, information booths, local artisans, and tons of delicious food from around Chester County and beyond. Local & regional food vendors and restaurants take over Downtown West Chester serving up some of their delicious, gourmet, ethnic, and unique restaurant favorites. Our Beer and Wine Garden (on N. Church St.) is a great place to stop and enjoy your food with a beverage. There are three stage areas with bands performing throughout the day. Festival attendance is 25,000+.
Non-Food Vendor registration starts on March 4th 2024 and end on August 2nd 2024 (or until full)
Food Vendors registration begins April 15th, and ends August 15th (or until full)
IF YOU ARE A TRUCK YOU MUST BUY ENOUGH SPACES TO FIT YOUR TRUCK! SPACES ARE 12' So if your vehicle is 14' you need a 2nd spot, and if you're vehicle is 27' you need three spots! If you have any issues adding spots let me know
Crafters make what they sell.
Non-crafter are business that are promoting themselves or reselling pre-purchased items.
Non-profits must attach a copy of their 501c3 status.
ALL non-food vendor spaces are 10'x10'.
