West Chester Restaurant and Food Truck Festival
Sunday, September 20th (rain date Sunday September 27th)
12:00PM-5:30PM, Downtown West Chester
The West Chester Restaurant Festival is the biggest festival of the year. This foodie event is full of entertainment, information booths, local artisans, and tons of delicious food from around Chester County and beyond. Local & regional food vendors and restaurants take over Downtown West Chester serving up some of their delicious, gourmet, ethnic, and unique restaurant favorites. Our Beer and Wine Garden (on N. Church St.) is a great place to stop and enjoy your food with a beverage. There are three stage areas with bands performing throughout the day. Festival attendance is 25,000+.
Non-Food Vendor registration starts on Feb. 20th and ends on August 1st (or when full)
Food Vendors registration begins March 10th, and ends August 22nd (or when full)
IF YOU ARE A FOOD TRUCK YOU MUST BUY ENOUGH SPACES TO FIT YOUR TRUCK! SPACES ARE 12' So if your vehicle is 14' you need a 2nd spot, and if you're vehicle is 27' you need three spots! If you have any issues adding spots let us know
Crafters make what they sell.
Non-crafters resell items or are a business looking to promote themselves.
Non-profits must include a copy of their 501c3 status.
ALL non-food vendor spaces are 10'x10'.
All food vendor spaces are 12'x10/
Please Sign Up Even if your COI expires before the event, just send updated COI when applicable to Parksandrecreation@West-Chester.com
