FIT4MOM offers pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood. All of our programs were created by moms for moms to provide Strength in Motherhood®.



This Spring FIT4MOM in West Chester is offering 

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. 

Starting Tuesday 5/14 @ 9:30AM to 10:30AM
Location: Everhart Park
Classes Occur Twice A Week on Tuesday and Thursday
