Mentor and Me Classes require a caregiver to attend and participate with the student(s)
Independent Classes do not require caregiver participation, unless student requires extra support from caregiver or support staff, in which case they are more than welcome to join
Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, bar work, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned.
During the youngest classes students will focus on following basic instructions from a caregiver, developing body awareness and balance, stepping over, on top of, and around objects, and building blocking muscles through pushing and climbing.
